Qi Gong | Nei Gong
Cultivating vitality, health and clarity of mind.
Thursday evening classes on the Somerset / Dorset border
Qi Gong is a classical Chinese internal art that brings together standing, sitting, and moving postures with the integration of mind, body, and breath.
These practices regenerate the physical, energetic and psychological aspects of our being, bringing greater health and wellbeing.
Consistent training leads to increased flexibility, strength, presence, spontaneity and freedom in both mind and body.
Ultimately Qi Gong (energy work) is a tool of Nei Gong (inner work) - the path of transformation and deeper spiritual development that encompasses the extraordinary meditative and esoteric traditions of the ancient East.
These practices are suitable for all ages, physical abilities and levels of experience.

Nei Gong Instructor
Modern Qi Gong, whilst widely available, is often abstracted and watered down. I teach in the classical, traditional way that I train within the Lotus Nei Gong school, with whom I am qualified and affiliated.
I have trained extensively, and very much enjoy sharing these arts. I have taught on private retreats and workshops, as well as in universities and drama schools in the UK and abroad.
-
Teaching Assistant
I have trained in Nei Gong and meditation for many years, mainly with Sophie Johnson of Lotus Nei Gong at Bonhays in West Dorset.
I am currently training as a somatic experiencing practitioner, whilst working as a doula, therapist and mother circle facilitator.
